Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Gotomad and anything you buy here. Placing an order means you accept them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.

3. Products and availability

All products are subject to availability. We describe them as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens and measurements are approximate unless given as exact.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you order.

5. Pricing errors

We check our prices carefully, but if an obvious error slips through we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you, and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or an address cannot be reached, we will tell you and refund you in full.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Estimates are not guarantees.

8. Returns and refunds

Your return rights are set out in our refund policy, which also forms part of these terms. Refunds of VIP Membership charges are covered in the VIP Membership charges section of that policy.

9. VIP Membership free trial and recurring billing

Choosing the VIP option applies our current 30% discount to eligible merchandise in that order and enrolls you in the Gotomad VIP Membership. By placing your Trial order of Gotomad VIP Membership, you will be charged today only the order total shown at checkout for the products in your cart, with your 30% VIP discount applied. The membership itself is free during its 20-day free trial, which begins on the date you receive your order, not on the date of purchase. You will be notified via email 3 to 7 days prior to the expiration of your trial period and given instructions on how to cancel. If you do not cancel before the end of the 20-day trial period, you will be billed $39.99 USD (plus any applicable taxes) starting on the day your trial ends, 20 days after the date you receive your order, and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription.

You can cancel at any time, with no fee, at Cancel My Subscription or by emailing support@gotomad.com, and you will not be charged again after cancelling. Selecting VIP is always optional and never required to buy at the normal price; if you do not select VIP you are not enrolled and are charged only for your products.

If you are charged a Gotomad VIP Membership fee, your first membership charge is refunded in full if you ask within 30 days of that charge, and any membership charge taken after you cancelled is always refunded in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. See the VIP Membership charges section of our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, place fraudulent orders, or resell our products as your own. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe this is happening.

11. Intellectual property

The content on this site belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the company is registered, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
